At SLS South Beach, all room and suite reservations include a 4 PM check-in time, allowing you to seamlessly settle in and start enjoying our vibrant atmosphere. For your convenience, our standard check-out time is 11 AM, giving you a relaxed departure from your luxurious stay.

Incidental Fee
In addition to room and tax an additional $150 USD per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges.


Package Handling Policy
– First (3) packages received are complementary
– Packages in excess of 4 or more, will be subject to a $5.00 per package Storage and Delivery Fee.
– Due to limited space at the property, packages received more than 3 days prior to guest arrival, will be charged an extra handling fee of $5.00 per day.
– Packages unclaimed for over 30 days will be discarded or donated.


Special Rates Policy
Occasionally, special rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable according to hotel policy. If you choose a Special Rate, please check the Rate Rules to see if this rate has any specific restrictions. Rates may change with reservation modification.


Smoking Policy:
SLS South Beach is a non-smoking hotel. Should you choose to smoke in your room, a fee equal to double the cost of your room rate or $1000, whichever is greater, will be applied to your credit card on file with the Hotel.
