The specially curated Dis-loyalty menu will feature five-courses which showcase acclaimed restaurants from Ennismore’s portfolio, including known and loved properties as well as a sneak preview of soon-to-open locations, in true Dis-loyalty style. Each course will represent a different outlet, giving guests a taste of diverse flavours from around the world. The evening will explore hero dishes from the likes of Lazuli Beach Club at SO/ Maldives, the soon to open SLS Barcelona, The Hoxton Southwark’s Seabird, Mondrian Ibiza’s Niko and Carna at SLS Dubai. Each dish will also be perfectly paired with expertly crafted taster-sized beverages from master mixologists.
Price: AED 600 per person for the Tasting Menu, À la carte will be available alongside Carna’s regular offering.
